We have been pre-approved through thier loan officer, and we are a bit unsure of this route. My husband is afraid that they may “Nickle and Dime us to death”, of course I am excited about getting our first home, so I am at risk to jump in head first. SO- Has anyone purchased a home through them? Did they have all kinds of hidden costs? Was is a good purchase? Can you give me any advice on this?
