What alternatives to summer camps are there for teenagers who can’t be at home during the summer? It doesn’t have to take up an entire six weeks, my parents only have to work for four, but hopefully it’ll entail mingling with a lot of other people my age. Social skills have never been my forte, exactly, and I’m hoping that I can engage in a bit of fine tuning this summer and turn that around. I live in the UK (the South East, to be a bit more specific) and, like I said, I’m fifteen.
